What we collect

We're a referral service. When you submit a request we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, location and message. When you call or text our number, our phone provider records the number you called from, the time and the call length, and voicemails you leave.

This website records anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, device type and approximate city from your IP address). We don't use advertising cookies and don't store your IP address.

How we use it

To respond to your request, connect you with a licensed locksmith, keep records of referrals and improve this website. We don't sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

The independent locksmith we connect you with, so they can contact you and do the job. Service providers that run our website, phone and email (such as Cloudflare and Twilio), only as needed to operate those services. Authorities when the law requires it.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete information we hold about you, email fresnolocksmith@protonmail.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete personal information.

If you text us, we reply about your service request only. Reply STOP to opt out of further texts.
